Dirt Works – Local Mountain Bike Specialist Shop
Dirt Works is an independent bike shop, rider owned and driven by a passion for cycling.
We are based in the heart of the Malvern hills with three designated mountain bike trails within 400m of the shop. Malvern offers a diverse selection of trails that stretch along the 13km ridge, with plenty of bike friendly cafes and fantastic views along the way. Come and make the most of our demo bikes and products, we will happily advise routes that suit your requirements and have plenty of maps available.
Bikes customised for you
We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and meeting the customers needs. We make sure your bike is absolutely everything you want it to be; from build spec, to sizing and suspension setup. We can build you the bike of your dreams – even if you don’t know what it is yet. We care for each build as if it were our own, making sure it provides you with maximum confidence, traction and comfort. This ethos will become obvious once you pop in to the store or pick up the phone and speak to a member of the team.
Whether your intention is to buy a Pivot, Santa Cruz, Unno or a Yeti – or just to ride a great bike around the beautiful local trails, we have a solution for you. Come along and demo a bike for a day and explore the Malvern Hills at your own pace.
Pivot, Santa Cruz, Unno and Yeti Bikes
We chose to partner with Pivot, Santa Cruz, Unno & Yeti and offer numerous demo bikes, due to their commitment to be at the forefront of bike development. Their passion for constantly developing new bikes is matched by our passion to make sure every bike is setup exactly how it should be for optimum performance.
Pivot, Santa Cruz, Unno and Yeti all have an extensive range of bikes to cover the requirements of any rider wanting the best kit for the job. We have selected highlights in the range to build our demo fleet that are suitable for local terrain and what we are enthusiastic about riding, as well as what our customers regularly ask for.
Dirt Works has a fully equipped workshop, catering for all servicing requirements; from tubeless setup to fork, shock and seatpost rebuild. Our mechanic has received the highest level of qualification – Cytech Master Technician, with additional accreditation from Shimano, Fox, DT Swiss, Chris King and Enve. We use a workshop system which keeps the customer updated on the status of service, and will send a text when any bikes and parts are ready for collection.
We couldn’t be happier with our location in West Malvern. We have a fantastic riding community here, and even better trails to ride. You can leave the front door of the shop, turn left or right, and be at fantastic trails within less than half a kilometer. We love riding locally, and if we aren’t at the shop this is where you’ll find us. We eat, sleep and breathe bikes!
Matt Smith – Owner – With 16 years trade experience under his belt, has a wealth of knowledge and experience which he will happily share. If he’s not at the shop, he will be found on the trails with the shop dog ‘Scout’.
