If you’ve paid via card or PayPal then we’ll get your items together as soon as we receive your order and either ship them out ASAP or put them in a safe place ready for you to collect in store depending on what you chose at checkout. If you’re collecting in store please give us 24hrs to dig out your goods or give us a quick call to make sure we’ve got everything ready for you.
If you’ve made a purchase via our finance partner V12 Finance then we just need to wait for the approval of your application – this usually takes XX/is instant etc. They we will keep you in the loop during the process but if any questions please get in touch. As soon as we have this we’ll start the ball rolling – see the section on bikes to see how the next steps will work.
So you’ve pulled the trigger on rad new bike and you can’t wait to get out on it, no problem! All our stock is in store and ready to go so we’ll get you up and running as quick as we can. We’ll be in touch to arrange collection or delivery plus any additional things you may need (Frame Protection? Pedals? Treat yourself to any upgrades?).
