 Tell me this isn’t the cutest thing you’ve ever seen A balance bike is the best way to get your little rippers behind bars. We love the Orange Peeler and it comes with some technical little features to help teach the crucial skill of balance and the essentials of riding. Using a balance bike means that your kiddo can learn to steer using their body weight, making the transition to pedalling much easier than trying to learn everything all at once. The Peeler is designed to be a sturdy off-road balance bike with proper tyres, which means your kiddo can thrash it around and it will hold its own! It even has a disc brake mount on the frame for the addition of a rear brake as your little shredder grows. This also means they can learn to do skids, and duh, who doesn’t love skids? Getting out in this weather is hard enough as it is. We are firm believers in making your ride out as comfortable as possible, to maximise your time on the bike in winter! We have just had a fresh drop of these amazing Dexshell waterproof socks, to stop your little tootsies getting soggy and shrivelled. We like them more than other waterproof sock brands because they feel tonnes softer and wash really well! They have a three layer construction and the inner layer is bamboo rayon so they’re soft and comfortable. There is nothing worse than feeling like your feet are in rough plastic bags. Matt and Robyn also discovered that they are one of Scouts favourite socks to use as a chew toy. (For some weird reason, Matt found his socks weren’t waterproof anymore?)
